I went to the ASUS website looking for drivers and they said the Microsoft Windows update facility should recognize the monitor and download the correct driver. NOTE: This is what occurs on Windows 7 perfectly, BUT on Windows 10 it isn't recognizing the monitor as an ASUS PA248Q, downloading the correct driver, and installing it.

Monitor driver and GPU driver are working fine, as for Asus, yes as stated above I tried installing new monitor driver with Asus on phone. It just didn't show up as an Asus monitor or with model number listed in monitor/vid card properties.
